If you purchase a product using your wallet balance, no refund will be provided.
General Refund Terms
All products sold on ThemeExplore are digital goods and cannot be “returned” like physical items. Because of this, refunds are granted only under specific conditions, listed below.
Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your wallet after approval.
Before Requesting a Refund
If you experience a technical issue with a product (WordPress theme, HTML template, code, etc.), we encourage you to contact the product author first. Most issues can be quickly resolved by the developer.
You Are Eligible for a Refund If:

– The product is materially different from the description or preview.
– The item does not function as advertised and cannot be fixed. -
The item contains a security vulnerability
– The product has a confirmed vulnerability that is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe. -
Item support was promised but not provided
– If your support entitlement is active and the seller fails to deliver promised support. -
Item support extension was unused
– If you request a refund for an unused support extension before your existing support expires. -
You have not downloaded the product
– If the product has not been downloaded within 3 months of purchase, and you provide a valid purchase code.
Refunds Are Not Provided In These Cases:
